similar thing happened outside our factory in london! A bit of water started leaking through cracks in the road and within half an hour a huge bulge had appeared where the water had built up under the road! because there was water coming to the surface constantly it didnt look like a hole more like a puddle and cars where smashing into it and jumping like that, grounding out!!
