When you go for an MOT can they or do they check what the wattage of all the bulbs are, i.e. is it the assesors eyes that decide or do they use light metres?
i work in a garage and ive never seen an mot tester checking the wattage of bulbs ever ??
you test the car as presented mate ?
explain more if you will ...
if you mean for your headlights ... its tested on a headlight tester therefore the tester just looks at the panel and looks wether the alignment is spot on or wether its out of focus , too high or too low ??
