hybrid turbo from a standard vxr turbo

iv just aquired a standard astra vxr turbocharger from a car with less than 10000miles, can these be rebuilt to a hybrid spec? has anyone done it? what would be the cost?

or you could send it off for new seals and the 360degree bearing upgrade and save tons !
