    well started going to the gym to loose some weight and my man ***** started going twice a week i burnt 500 calories in a hour is that good i go with a few mates from work we have a good laugh and the gorgeous women there in single at the mo so in a very good position me thinks

            im doing pay as you go at the moment atleast im not tied in to any contract but if i go more than twice then it will be cheaper to do a contract

              yeh thats alright but its not about cutting out the cals, you need to watch your carbs mainly.. have a low carb diet but dont cut them out totally, and do plenty of cardio and fat burn on the tredmill..

              stick to the nice basic food i.e broccoli, carrots, etc, and be careful what fruits to eat as there are loads of sugers in some..

              grapefruit is the best out of them all, also bannas good and stawberrys,blueberrys,melon..

              just a few tips

                    i was gonna get into all that, but i just can't keep to routines. I always sack em off! lol

                        I agree carbs are nasty and turn to fat, try not to eat carbs and fat, i try to eat one or the other, that way you only have to burn one off. Go on a protein diet, i did, i only used to have a sh!te once a week and that was like a malteaser!!

                        I went on a tuna diet, i had one tin of tuna a day for a week and lost over a stone, its not healthy tho, also drink plenty of water. Try not to eat your beige coloured foods, pasta, potatos, rice etc.

                          whats with all the food scientists around here???!!! I eat whatever i want whenever i want, and it does nothin to my weight

                              need to be careful which sort of pasta, ideally whole weat brown pasta, brown rice, basamti rice, sweet potatoes, tuna, salmon, chicken breast, broccoli, etc.. also food salads ..

                              also best off buying protein powder.. ideally stick to 3 meals per day, cerial in a morning and then 2 meals..
