    hahaha, omg thats riduclous. My bros driving this year, and on his pug 206 1.4 8v it will be 3,500. How they expect someone just coming from school to pay that is stupid.

      do you think he will declare the alloys?

      seriously though im sure that was probably one of those stupid quotes you get at the bottom of the results page on comparison sites (we all get one)

      his cheapest quote will probably be around 5-6k which is still rediculous how do they expect young drivers to get started these days

            I got quoted £99,999 on a civic when i passed my test, didnt even get windscreen cover...sheesh!

                        It makes driving with no insurance the only option for some people and i dont blame them to be honest.

                        Insurance firms are a ****ing joke man! Ive been driving for 12 years and still waiting for my insurance to drop below £500 a year and i havent had a claim in my life.

                            To be fair this one was down to Quote -

                            First Central's Robin Pegg admitted Joe "did not fit the company's customer profile" but said a computer glitch inflated the quote even more.

                              i was talking to a 18 year old lad at regal a bit ago and he was paying £8,600 to insure a 400bhp astra vxr.
