      Well, based on the fact that just doing 5 miles over the limit results in harsh treatment, I rekon he's up for Execution at Dawn.

      The previous highest (152) got 5 Months Jail

        He's on suspesion tho... if all they got is that speed gun account they have got that strong of a case.

        Think he may need that speed lawyer who gets all the rich people off!!

          he aint rich he's jobless mind you with the state of our prison's he's bound to get a £60 fine and 3 penalty points :?

            Anyway I got 3 points for doing 12 over the limit on a dual carriageway. I dont hold any grudges. It means **** all on my insurance :-)

              He was nicked for aggravated twoc, as he took the car without consent and drove dangerously. The speed is a secondary matter. The fact he was not insured is a tertiary matter. He is going to jail.

                Arent we too full to put anyone in jail????

                We're letting rapists and murders walk around or go to open prisons!!

                also if he was fully comp and covered to drive other cars he would be covered on the insurance.. also if it was a company car and at that point in time he was part of the company insurance again he would be ok.
