Leaving aside that you didnt allow anyone the chance to vote for me as ADMIN considered me UNSUITABLE, I assume you can only vote for the RO in the region you belong to anyway ??

No anyone can vote a person in any region because many members respect other members and know they would do a good job for their region whereas some members may not have a clue who they are voting for therefore it helps that recommendations by vote will ensue the correct person responsibly and respectfully gets the position..
