    do not use any supermarket fuel from the east anglia area at the moment there is a contamination problem causing car to misfire and burn out the o2 sensor use shell or bp

        This is happening in South - East aswell, happening at numerous Delaerships as have friends there, More old Vauxhall Delaership are suffering big time, us at SAAB, Merc, Renault Ford etc etc

            Is it all supermarket fuels that are affected? Sounds quite bad really

              we have had cars coming in that have mostly filled up with tescos and morrisons but have had 2 from sainburys and 1 from jet

                        makes me think i got some dodgy stuff too cos my car conked out on me the other week after i had filled up with tesco's got shell in now though will stick with it till i get the all clear

                            it hasnt effected tesco 99 fuel which is refined in a different batch to regular fuels and i have been using it without any problems

                              DAMN THAT GIVES ME A DILEMMA...
                              Picking car up tommorow and planned to use tesco 99 always but now do i go for v power as dont want a trip back to dealership first outting especially as driving to leicester at 5 o clock saturday morning!! :?
