Brake Question.....please help

My front brake disks are looking.....well dead.
I currently have 285mm fronts which look like cd`s lol
if I upgraded to larger ones.....like these....

would I also need new calipers? can the calipers I have be adjusted ( I realise it wouldnt be braking on a larger area but it`d look better, and stay cooler )

hi bert if you are to change the size of the discs you would need to change the caliper bracket and possibly the caliper aswell you could look for a set of vxr ones and replace the lot they appear on ebay quite often but not sure if they will fit you will have to do some research
