Can anyone recommend a good wheel and body man in South Wales?

My missus drives an old C-class with lovely AMG wheels, except they're really badly curbed and the lacquer is coming away ruining the seal with the tyres. The wheels arches also need stripping back and respraying (due to rust).

Does anyone know a good place in the Cardiff/South Wales area?
