Saw it last night, the effects are VERY VERY good and even though its a bit cheesey the film is brill. One of the best films i've seen at the cinema for a while

I must of had high expectations due to the Mayan calander connection, but in general its a good disaster movie which you cant miss !

i thought while the effects were stunning, it was just too long and boring

made reservation for this in cinema few days ago, but than find out that it is 158 minutes long, will wait till will be able watching this at home, dont want to sit in cinema so long time... better will be at home in bed with beer
