Afraid I dont want any swaps as I need to sell to pay the garage after getting the gearbox, fly wheel and clutch fixed . Wish I could afford to keep it. Maybe in the future I can get something as fun.

The warranty was void by vauxhall as it had previously been re-mapped. So i got the gearbox refurbed (diff bearings) but it still did not work properly. So I paid for a second hand one that was in perfect condition and at the same time got the clutch and flywheel replaced. At first I had problems with it not getting in to gear. Took it back to the garage several times, had a few gearbox specialists look at it and had it adjusted a few times. Now it gets into every gear perfectly, like new, including reverse (took long enough to sort but finally sorted).

I also took it back to vauxhall a few weeks ago for wheel bearings as they needed replacing and they are still covered under warranty.

I have paid for the company to warranty my car so if a buyer should have any further problems (which they should not) they have security with them as vauxhall will not warranty it anymore.

Low price is due to wanting a quick sale and the fact that manufacturers warranty for engine and transmission no longer applies.

Vauxhall sent the ECU off to thorney and said it is standard but comes up with a 'tag' which says been modified previously or something like that.

They can't tell me anymore info then it has been. Can't tell me when or by whom.

No I pretty much had it from new. 7 miles on clock when I got it. My ''mates'' messed around with it and borrowed it a few times (as I have another car) and I think they tried a map on it so I could have dv but then took it off. That was obvo enough to void warranty. My fault for lending it to then rele.
