  • Dbilas GT28, GTX28, GT30 and GTX30 Turbo Kits, 400hp to 520hp

Regal Autosport is pleased to announce the addition of the Dbilas Dynamic turbo systems to our performance catalogue! After talks at the Essen Motorshow with Dbilas we have finally added these to our webshop for general resale. Take a look below for more info...

The Dbilas turbo kits for the Astra G, Astra H Sri/2.0T and Astra H VXR (Z20LEL/Z20LER/Z20LET/Z20LEH) models are complete, bolt-on upgrade turbo kits. The kits include a turbocharger, Dbilas Dynamic cast iron exhaust manifold, turbo intake pipe, turbo oil pipes and turbo downpipe.

    Why Cast?

Cast iron exhaust manifolds have many benefits over a stainless steel ‘’tubular’’ exhaust manifold. Cast iron exhaust manifolds retain more thermal energy than their tubular counterparts, thermal energy is critical to maximising turbocharger performance! Cast iron exhaust manifolds are also significantly stronger than tubular manifolds; they are more resistant to cracking from thermal expansion, thermal contraction and the vibrations developed by the engine. Casting is also more cost effective in the long-run, allowing us to pass the savings onto the customer!

    What’s in the kit?

The turbo kits include a GT series turbo, dbilas dynamic cast exhaust manifold, turbo intake pipe, turbo oil pipes and turbo downpipe. Depending on the hardware setup of your vehicle, additional fabrication and modifications maybe required.

The kit contains the turbo, turbo manifold, intake pipe, oil lines and turbo downpipe. You'll still need to renew the OE nuts and studs, depending on your exact setup additional modification or fabrication may be required.

You can call us on 02380558636 or send an e-mail to [email protected] for more information what hardware we recommend to support this power level.

If you're looking for fastest spool out of these kits, I'd recommend the GTX2867R kit which also allows for a massive power potential.

If you're looking for the outright fastest spool you'd want to opt for a HTA turbo, we can offer the manifold only for £445 but this would not include the downpipe, intake pipework or oil lines.

So you really believe a GT3076 through a cast manifold with a restrictive T25 flange will do upto 520hp...? Good luck with that one.
your supposed fast moving gas will have no where to go and all you will end up with is lots of back pressure and high EGT's.

Then again you don't seem to suffer with such problems at regal do you

These potential figures come from Dbilas, not ourselves.

These kits offer another upgrade option for customers wanting to go down the Garrett route, using a cast manifold.

Let's keep your attempt at trolling for other threads and the facts on this one

                    In short, no...

The LOBA is still on offer, at an even better price of £1665 now! If you want unmatched response, improved reliability over the stock K04 and power up to 399hp then the LOBA is the way to go. The GT series has proven to have slower response than the LOBA, fact. The LOBA is what we'd recommend for the everyday driver, fast-road use and track use. A very nice package indeed.

If you want over 400hp then the Dbilas turbo kits are what we'd recommend, and they come in at a VERY good price considering what they include

I hope this answers your questions

The turbos are Garrett, the exhaust housings are designed and manufactured by Dbilas. With the GT28 Dbilas have managed to retain the A/C and the GT30 would need the A/C removed.

I agree with the response and drivabilty improvements with a Loba over a GT series but how can you possibly get nigh on 400bhp with the standard K04 exhaust manifold??
